David Levine is a professor in the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Denver. He is the author of more than a dozen books in the fields of economics, political economy and group psychology.

Howard F. Stein, a psychoanalytic and clinical anthropologist as well as a poet, is a professor in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where he has taught for twenty-six years. He has published three books of poetry as well as twenty scholarly and clinical books.
